The PROFLO 6 DFU Air Admittance Valve with a 1-1/2 in. PVC Adapter is designed to terminate individual, common, circuit, loop, and island fixture vents, as well as vent stacks, preventing siphonage and allowing air to enter the plumbing drainage system without extending a vent to open air. This valve features unique technology that opens at -0.01 Psi and seals at 0 psi and above, ensuring it closes by gravity to seal the vent terminal at no flow conditions and under positive internal pressures. The valve is 100% functionally tested for reliable performance and comes with a lifetime limited warranty.
With a protective rubber sleeve for easy installation and to keep the valve free from debris, and screening on air inlets to guard the seal, the PROFLO Air Admittance Valve is made in the USA and complies with ASSE 1050, ASSE 1051, and ASTM standards. It is IAPMO listed, ensuring quality and safety.
