The PROFLO 6 DFU Air Admittance Valve with 1-1/2 in. ABS Adapter is designed to terminate individual vents, common vents, and more, preventing siphonage and allowing air into the plumbing system without extending a vent to open air. This valve is engineered to open at -0.01 Psi and seal at 0 psi and above, ensuring it closes by gravity and seals effectively under positive internal pressures. It includes a protective rubber sleeve for secure installation and a lifetime limited warranty.
Constructed from high-quality ABS material, this valve features screening on air inlets to protect the seal and is 100% functionally tested to ensure reliable performance. It complies with ASSE 1050, ASSE 1051, and ASSE 1051-2009 standards and is IAPMO listed for added assurance.
